MAIA recently held our Human Capital TSC meeting, graciously hosted by the CEO of Dviation Training Mr Ibnu Hidayat Ishak at their wonderful facility Dviation Group . Special thanks to our speakers from Malaysian Employers Federation for the insightful salary and fringe benefits survey briefing, Malaysia Airlines Academy Mohammad Fariz Sharin Low for sharing the training opportunities they offer, and Collaborative Research in Engineering, Science & Technology (CREST) Center for presenting the 2025 Upskilling Grant for the Aerospace Industry.
