We are honoured to receive a visit from Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Panglima Besar Selangor, Tengku Abdul Samad Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj’s to UMW Aerospace, offering an opportunity to showcase the company’s technological expertise and contributions to Malaysia’s aerospace industry. 

Present at the visit to welcome YAM Tengku were Dato' Mustamir Mohamad, Managing Director, Sime UMW and En. Fariz Hashim, Managing Director, UMW Aerospace. As part of the visit, YAM Tengku Panglima Besar Selangor was taken on a tour of UMW Aerospace’s facilities, offering a closer look at the company’s manufacturing capabilities and operations. 

He also witnessed first-hand the processes involved in producing an aircraft fan case, providing an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the technology and expertise of the production. 

The visit served as a valuable engagement that reflects UMW Aerospace’s dedication to advancing Malaysia's manufacturing capabilities.
