Hari TVET Negara 2026

At Hari TVET Negara 2026, NAICO Malaysia highlighted the future of aerospace careers and the critical role of TVET in powering the industry.

A key milestone of the event was the launch of the "Report on the Study of Supply and Demand for the TVET Workforce in Malaysia’s Aerospace Industry (2025–2030)" by YAB Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. The report provides a strategic national roadmap for developing the skilled talent needed to support the growth of Malaysia’s aerospace industry.

Covering key sub-sectors including MRO, manufacturing, engineering, system integration and air operations, the study underscores strong industry growth and rising demand for skilled talent.

In line with this vision, NAICO Malaysia continues to drive talent development initiatives such as the Program Iltizam Usaha Insan, which equips participants with industry-relevant skills, hands-on exposure and professional certifications to enhance employability and strengthen the aerospace talent pipeline.
