Farnborough International Airshow 2026 opens ticket sales for trade and public visitors
Ticket sales have opened for the Farnborough International Airshow 2026 (FIA 2026), marking the formal countdown to what organisers say will be the largest and most ambitious edition of the event in its 78-year history.
The global aerospace, defence and space showcase will return to Hampshire from 20–24 July 2026. Trade visitor tickets are now available, as well as those for the dedicated public day, Pioneers of Tomorrow.
Farnborough International Airshow 2026 opens trade ticket sales
Trade tickets for FIA 2026 are officially on sale, as Farnborough prepares for a significantly expanded show following record demand from exhibitors and international delegations.
The 2026 edition will feature a brand-new sixth exhibition hall, with exhibition space and chalets selling out more than a year in advance and a waiting list of over 50 organisations. Twenty-six international pavilions are already confirmed, including participation from India, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Brazil and Switzerland.
New features launching at FIA 2026 include the Defence SME Zone, a dedicated area for defence and security companies with a turnover under £10 million. Sponsored by Babcock International, the zone is designed to connect emerging suppliers directly with primes, investors, government delegations and international customers.
Another major addition is The Enterprise Gateway, a three-day programme running from 21–23 July 2026 alongside the Business Connections Exchange. The initiative will offer expert-led workshops, keynote sessions, mentoring, live pitching and guidance on procurement, regulation, exports and funding, aligned with the UK Government’s industrial growth priorities.
Trade visitor ticket prices start from £59 + VAT, and early booking is encouraged due to high demand.
Public tickets now available for Farnborough Airshow’s Pioneers of Tomorrow
Alongside the trade days, Farnborough has confirmed that tickets are now on sale for Pioneers of Tomorrow, the airshow’s dedicated public day, which will take place on Friday 24 July 2026.
Unlike the trade-only days, Pioneers of Tomorrow is open to everyone and is designed as a family-friendly, education-focused event aimed at inspiring the next generation of aerospace professionals. Visitors can expect flying displays, interactive exhibits, simulators, hands-on STEM activities and opportunities to meet pilots, engineers and industry professionals.
The public day also places a strong emphasis on careers and skills, with exhibitors showcasing pathways into aerospace, defence, space and advanced manufacturing, making it particularly relevant for students and early-career visitors.
Under-21s, full-time students and apprentices can attend for free, while early-bird adult tickets are available at £36 until 28 February, offering an accessible way for families and aviation enthusiasts to experience the Farnborough International Airshow first-hand.
