Every international flight relies on more than pilots and aeroplane.

Behind every safe journey is strong collaboration between countries, regulators and the aviation industry to strengthen safety, security and the efficient movement of air traffic across borders.

One of the key platforms for this collaboration is the Conference of Directors General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), an annual International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regional meeting that brings together aviation leaders from across the Asia and Pacific Region to address shared challenges and strengthen regional cooperation.

This year, Malaysia is honoured to host the 61st Conference of Directors General of Civil Aviation, Asia and Pacific Region (DGCA 61). Through the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), Malaysia will welcome ICAO, Member States and aviation stakeholders from across the region to advance safe, secure and sustainable civil aviation.
