Our training centre was established for the purpose of developing and providing CERTIFIED PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS and INTEGRATED HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as well as large Corporations. Our team of experienced and well-qualified trainers and industry experts concentrate on setting high competency skills standards that enrich our participants’ knowledge, experience, technical application and problem-solving skills that affect their career, learning path and organizational excellence. Trainers are guided to verify the competence of an increasingly mobile and global workforce. Our training program, Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Maintenance, was developed with the understanding of the skillset needs of the aviation industry in Malaysia today. The aviation industry relies heavily on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft operations. However, there is a growing skills gap in the maintenance and servicing of AGSE, particularly in Malaysia’s expanding aerospace sector. This training program aims to address the shortage of qualified technicians capable of maintaining and repairing AGSE to international standards. Our initiative also supports Malaysia’s National Aerospace Industry Blueprint and is aligned with the needs and demands of the industry to: a) train potential technicians / mechanics / engineers to be industry ready and b) Upskill the current workforce in new technologies, updated methodologies and earn certifications to meet international standards. It contributes to economic growth by enhancing the capabilities of local aviation support services.
