We’re looking for a Inspector Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT)
📍 Location: Serendah, Rawang

Purpose: 
1. To prepare / process and inspect aerospace and commercial parts and materials using NDT methods of fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and radiography inspection (RT) and do laboratory check at the highest quality and safety standards accordance with applicable technical directives, specifications, quality standard and customer requirements

Responsibility
1. Perform NDT and laboratory check on aerospace components and materials using fluorescent penetrant (FPI) or radiographic (RT) methods and develops, processes and interprets radiographs.
2. Set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection , and documentations of result
3. Participate in the development and documentation of NDT techniques or work instruction from approved general procedures.
4. Maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents, codes, standards, specification as required by the quality system, compliance to QMS, AS9100, NADCAP and customer requirements
5. Implement process controls and perform operator maintenance of assigned NDT equipment and other preventative maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
2. NDT (FPI/RT) Level 2 EN4179/NAS410/PCN Holders with 1 year minimum experiences will be considered
3. MLVK or JPK RT Industrial Level 1 or 2 is an advantages.
4. Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in FPI or RT is an advantages
5. Work independently with minimum supervision.
