This position will lead the Quality organization at Aerospace Composites Malaysia (ACM), a Boeing-Hexcel joint venture. The organization is comprised of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Non-Destructive Testing, and Quality Management systems. As the Director of Quality, a selected candidate will become the on-site leader for all aspects of Quality, including performance, compliance, improvement, development of the function, technology, Quality culture, and employee development. In addition, the role will be a key leader of ACM’s leadership team, and a strategic participant in cross-functional Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain activities.
