ACM is a joint-venture between The Boeing Company and Hexcel Corporation based in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. ACM manufactures and is “sole” supplier for primary and secondary structure composite bond assemblies and sub-assemblies for Boeing commercial aircraft such as aileron skins, spoilers and spars, flat panels, leading edges, trailing edges and various miscellaneous components.

• Facility approved to manufacture product per BAC5317-1 through -5 and BAC 5578
• Core fabrication: Capable to handle both nomex and fiberglass material
• Experience to perform machining, septumize , stabilize and potting process
• Hand layup for primary and secondary structure
• Autoclave capable to support cure until 54ft length max temp
  of 410F (210 ᵒ c ) and max pressure of 100psi (7 bar)
• Capable to perform composite repair per D683908 and D6 83909
• Capable to perform minorand complex assembly
• Trimming, Paint and Inspection capabilities
• Products: Boeing flight surfaces for for all Boeing Commercial programs 737, 747, 767, 777/777X, 787
