- By using this website and by submitting any personal data (“Personal Data”), you agree that MAIA may collect, obtain, store and process any Personal Data that you may provide, for the purpose of receiving further information or correspondence from MAIA.
- You confirm that you give consent to MAIA to (i) Store and process your Personal Data; and (ii) Disclose your Personal Data to any relevant government authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes.
- For the purposes of updating or correcting such Personal Data, you may at any time apply to MAIA to have access to your Personal Data as stored by MAIA.
