GCA are currently searching for an Operations & Logistics Manager specializing in the Aviation MRO to join their team!

Employment Type : Full Time

Job Responsibilities :

1.     Responsible to lead and continuously improve the maintenance and logistics operation with focus on quality, turnaround time and costs.
2.     Leads day-to-day operations with focus of delivering in line with customer expectations (especially related to quality and turnaround time)
3.     Generate, update and maintain all operation forms and work instructions.
4.     Generate documentation package for work orders.
5.     Coordinate all activities for managed MRO and spare sales including delivery notes, sales order and invoices.
6.     Managing supply chain and vendors in line with company directives.
7.     Manage inventory per operation needs, forecast to maximize spares availability, stock accuracy, inventory storage and shelf life.
8.     Source vendors & issue purchase orders
9.     Manage shipping (import & export) and coordinate with providers in custom clearance process.
10. Manage inhouse MRO return processes and documentation.
11. Updating & monitoring of technical publications and suppliers qualifications and manage calibration processes – monitor equipment calibration & send equipment for calibration.
12. Assist and participate authorities and customers audits.
13. Provide on-site local IT support for network, printers / PC configuration and other related matters.
14. Responsibility for safety, security and infrastructure for the entire facility
15. Responsible to set up new product capabilities in line with approved business case and project plan
16. Ensure compliance on existing capabilities is maintained at all times.
17. Develop workforce to be able to achieve present and forecasted business requirements.
