Job Description :

  1. Manage and maintain close relation with customers, OEM and other potential stakeholders for successful management of the company contracts and key accounts.
  2. Prepare and lead commercial and contractual negotiations with OEMs and Customers.
  3. Ensure Customer’s requirement and expectations are met. Guaranty Customer’s satisfaction.
  4. Ensure contract performance and profitability.
  5. Grow the business with the existing customers or new opportunities.
  6. Participate in Sales Forecast
  7. Identify and build up efficient Customers networking plan. Formalize stakeholders’ map
  8. Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.
  9. Any other relevant tasks given by the Head of CSD.

Requirement :

  1. Possess Minimum Education Level Degree and equivalent.
  2. Experience of minimum 5 years.
  3. Aerospace industry preferably with Engines OEM, MRO or Manufacturing.
  4. Experience in a contractual and commercial role.
  5. Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and contract management.
  6. Ability to build rapport with customer
